Pierluigi Arrivi


Chef Pierluigi Arrivi formed at the Italian University of the kitchen “Coquis” in Rome, following the lessons of several successful chefs such as Angelo Troiani, Fabrizio Leggiero, Danilo Ciavattini, Gianfranco and Emiliano Pascucci. In the same university he obtained the master of professional cuisine (MCP), participating in numerous culinary events such as “Vinoforum” and “Taste of Rome”. From March 2015 to January 2018 he worked at the “Casa Vissani” restaurant in Baschi, where he had the honor of perfecting himself under the guidance of the great starred chef Gianfranco Vissani.

Andrea Arrivi, together with his brother Pierluigi, manages the “Antica Rupe”, directing the dining room staff and listening to customers’ needs, accompanying them with professionalism and courtesy in selecting the most suitable dishes and wines.
